Gross Injustice!’ Mir Slams J&K Govt for Starving Workers of Their Rights!

Srinagar, October 3, 2025 – In a blistering attack, Apni Party Senior Vice President and former minister Ghulam Hassan Mir has unleashed a scathing critique of the Jammu and Kashmir government, accusing it of a “shocking betrayal” of employees by failing to release General Provident (GP) Fund withdrawals and gratuity payments.

Mir directly challenged the Chief Minister, demanding accountability for what he called a “gross injustice.” “How dare the government withhold workers’ own money? Why are GP Fund withdrawals and gratuities still pending under your leadership?” he roared, branding the delays a “monumental failure of governance.”

Slamming the administration’s claims of progress as “empty rhetoric,” Mir highlighted the financial distress inflicted on employees due to the government’s inaction. “This is not just bureaucratic failure—it’s a slap in the face to every worker awaiting their rightful funds,” he charged, accusing the government of prioritizing propaganda over people’s welfare.

Mir called for urgent action to clear all pending payments, warning that the government’s neglect risks sparking widespread outrage. “Employees will not tolerate this injustice. Release their funds immediately or face the consequences,” he declared, vowing to champion the cause until justice is served.
